This notice covers the information you send us when you apply to the ASI Preparedness Research Fellowship (“ASIP”) at asipfellowship.com. ASIP is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], San Francisco, California.

What we collect

Only what you type into the application form:

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share your information with anyone for marketing.

Why we collect it

To review your application, to contact you about it, and to run the fellowship selection process. That is the only purpose. If you are in the EU or UK, our lawful basis is legitimate interest in assessing candidates for a position you have applied to.

Who processes it

We use a small number of service providers to store applications and send email on our behalf. They act on our instructions and do not use your information for their own purposes:

How long we keep it

We keep applications for 24 months from submission, so that we can consider you for later cohorts. After that we delete them. If you ask us to delete your application sooner, we will.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to object to our processing and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To make any of these requests, email privacy@asipfellowship.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Security

Applications are transmitted over HTTPS and stored in access-controlled systems limited to the people running the fellowship.

Changes

If we change this notice we will update the date at the top. Material changes affecting applications already submitted will be emailed to the affected applicants.
