This notice covers the information you send us when you apply to the ASI Preparedness Research Fellowship (“ASIP”) at asipfellowship.com.
What we collect
Only what you type into the application form:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your current role and affiliation
- Your earliest start date
- A link to your work
- Which track you are applying for
- Your answer to the research question
We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share your information with anyone for marketing.
Why we collect it
To review your application, to contact you about it, and to run the fellowship selection process.
Who processes it
We use a small number of service providers to store applications and send email on our behalf, including Cloudflare, Airtable, Resend, and Google Workspace.
How long we keep it
We keep applications for 24 months from submission, so that we can consider you for later cohorts. After that we delete them. If you ask us to delete your application sooner, we will.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to object to our processing and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Security
Applications are transmitted over HTTPS and stored in access-controlled systems limited to the people running the fellowship.
